Terri Dionne is a self-taught artist and special education educator whose work is deeply inspired by everyday life. Born in Virginia on April 30 under the sign of Taurus, she approaches her creative process with patience, introspection, and an appreciation for the beauty found in both people and the world around her.
Having spent most of her life in Atlanta, Georgia, where she currently resides, Terri draws inspiration from nature, personal experiences, and the richness of Black identity and culture. Her work often explores emotion, human connection, self-expression, and the quiet moments that shape who we are.
As a neurodivergent creator, Terri embraces an intuitive and evolving artistic process, allowing each piece to develop organically. Her background in education and social work strongly influences her perspective as both an artist and storyteller. She is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and later received a master’s degree in Special Education.
Through both her art and her work as an educator, Terri centers empathy, observation, and authenticity.
